By the time you take these classes this green indistinguishable stem will be red and plump and shiny and in your mouth.
Although some of my favourite fruits will be late this year because of our incessant rains, by the time I stand in the Still Room again (LOVED the marmalade class!) June's walk-in will be packed with stone fruit galore.
She's offering 4 separate dates for all of us with busy schedules and summer vacation plans.
Don't delay, sign up today.

I so want to go...but you know my feelings on stone fruit! Next season I'll have to keep my eyes peeled for an apple butter and orange marmalade class out there... :D
Also noticed that you're a contributor to the latest Edible San Francisco (http://www.sautewednesday.com/ archives/2006/05/edible_san_fran_2.html) congrats on you cross-over success!

I am starting to sound like a broken record, I know. But I curse the fact that SF is so far away! I would so much love to take a class with June...

Just wanted to chime in on the great intro Bruce Cole gave your Edible San Fran piece. May I quote?
"Shuna Fish Lydon never beats around the bush when it comes to food, and if you've read her blog Eggbeater, then you know she can write as well as she cooks."

most intersted in June Taylor, meet her some years ago, interested in classes. Also, interested on any local brochures available in San Francisco Bay area.
