NYC Food Bloggers: day two/night two
I met a lot of NYC food bloggers tonight.
You would think all or most NYC food bloggers are women based on the turn-out. Maybe the men were too busy?
Julie from A Finger In Every Pie. Marriage becomes her, she looked bright and elegant and beautiful. Julie has an excitable way of sharing information with you. Like you're privy to her fabulous ideas for the first time.
The one and only Bakerina from Prepare to Meet Your Bakerina. Friendly and knitting and stories told from Queens. There were a lot of serious bakers there tonight. I felt right at home.
Jessica from Su Good Eats, who, for some reason, I thought lived in California! What a nice surprise. Also very perky and friendly, a little shy
and a dose of newness. She was the only one among us who had not as yet been to Veselka.
Lisa, the cowboy-booted, home-made biscuits for Shuna the Yankee carrying, Homesick Texan! She had to leave early but I'm lucky because I'll get to see her again tomorrow in my class. Anyone who bakes for me, especially upon first meeting me, deserves a big, sharp, shiny Gold Star! Thank you Lisa!!!
Ms. A, the slender, lithe beauty from Nosheteria came. Originally from California, she's making her way around New York, and her style is having a party because of it. Having only met her once, at a NoCal food bloggers picnic two years ago, it was lovely to see her come out again, meeting almost everyone for the first time!
{I have run out of time, part 2 later.}

Hi Shuna,
Thanks, what a wonderful roundup. You are very observant. I actually grew up in CA...but I've lived here for seven years.
