Woodleaf/ Carl Rosato/ Peaches!
:: we interrupt this program to give you some very important news ::
The last time your hero visited Carl Rosato he was about to harvest some of the best, most cared for peaches Northern California has to offer.
This just in on the tickertape, via the AP wire, de-coded from special fruit agents reading Morse, translated from an Ortolon's sweet song on the ledge of a French vegan, fresh from the printing presses:
eggbeater will be selling these fine fuzzy friends,
and will be honored to do so,
Saturday August 4 at the Berkeley Farmers' Market, 10 am-3 pm
&
Sunday August 5 at the Marin Civic Center Farmers' Market, 8 am- 1 pm.
If you're out of town this weekend, then maybe you'll say hellos ~
Saturday August 11 at the Berkeley Farmers' Market, 10 am-3 pm
See you soon?

I so wish I lived on the west coast -- I'd come out and see you there! i'm hitting the farmer's market in the morning but know that the peaches I encounter there will be nothing like the ones you describe here!

I'm normally a Saturday BFM regular, but had to miss it on the 4th to visit with Sustainable Table road trip folks at the Grand Lake FM. I'll be back to my normal schedule next week, so I'll see you there!
Is there such a thing as a peach monger?
