Intuition.
If you know something
and you say something
about what you know
but
the people who that something concerns
tell you
you're imagining things
tell you
it didn't happen
tell you you're too sensitive
tell you
it doesn't matter
tell you you're a liar
tell the world your word is false
tell your people
it's not true
pay people to write things
that discredit you, your word, your truth, your heart, your knowing
you
begin
to
feel
crazy.
you doubt you.
you think maybe your mind is playing tricks on you
you play the time-line over and over and soon all the words
all the happenings
all the conversations
are dis con nect e d
and then you try and forget
you attempt amnesia
you convince yourself
that something is amiss.
something is amiss.
because intuition is all we've got, folks.
and if you have it
keep it
water it
feed it.
because intuition is what down-shifts without your reasoning and steers your car from the cliff in the dark.
intuition helps you follow what you know to be true
when all else is chaos
when your heart is breaking
when people evaporate
when
they
tell
you
the
something
you
spoke
is
?
you know what? when you hear the news told back to you from someone else who was there
and suddenly all those pieces which looked like they would never fit into a picture
now are magnetically re-aligning,
you remember
that before anyone
and anything
else
there was your Intuition. and it was always right. when you chose not to ignore or bury or hide/run from it.
you know what?
talking to a waiter and a purveyor and the EDD
can make all the difference, can clear up so much.
can make your week fabulous, energized even.
hearing it from another side
makes the puzzle into a window that's shiny clean.
and now I can see again.
in time
I can see
that perspective
and love
will be my best friends
and those who chose to betray or lie or lie through omission
will dry up from lack of watering.
