I loved Heat too. I'm pushing my in-laws to try that Tuscan beef stew with wine and lots of black pepper for Christmas dinner.
I normally wait to get things out of the library but you've made me want to go hang out at the book store today!

Another NaBloPoMo'er here, posting a daily comment on someone else's blog. (Working my way up from the end of the alphabet.) Loved the book recs. I'm going to check out Heat from my local library. Oooh, and I'm going to look at your Passover Chocolate Cake recipe b/c one can never have too many good Passover cake recipes.
