I'm thinking of a new dessert for tomorrow night. Something fizzy, creamy, chocolatey, and yet, also comforting.
Might you come in soon for a taste of my new and ever-changing menu?
Glad to be working on new year's. I'm not big on the counting, the drinking, the mandatory midnight kissing. {Amateur Night, we like to call it.} My sweetie will come in for dessert, a delightful kiss, or two, and then we will drive home very carefully.
For all my friends for whom 2006 was dismal, I think good thoughts for the coming year. 2007.
*** if you plan to drink, please make plans around not getting behind the wheel of your car. ***
Fizzy, creamy, and chocolately sounds awesome! Whatever you do, could you do it again on the 6th? That's when my gang has reservations.
Then again, there are only four of us and we're already trying to figure out which of the six desserts we unfortunately will have to leave out (sad!), so having another one to choose from might screw up our precise planning. :)

Happy New Year! I've been reading your blog for about six months now and enjoying it immensely. I'm situated in the Northeast, but I'll be traveling to SF in March, and I hope to taste one of your desserts in person then.
