are you talking coriander leaves or coriander seeds?

Dried coriander seeds, not what we Americans call "cilantro."

I think "mysterious" is my favorite description of the taste. I have always added a pinch to apple pie and nobody (exceot for a few talented tongues) has been able to guess what it is. Thanks for a lovely recipe.

I think I'm one of the few people I know who can't stand coriander. I'm not sure why, but I find the taste revolting.

I suppose though, that most folks would find my habit of eating lemons like oranges to be not only weird but outright awful...
