the pot de creme kicked my ass hard. I wanted to eat a fucking huge KFC family sized 20 piece bucket filled with nothing but that pot de creme. I would have passed out with it encircling my mouth and woken up only to spoon more of it into my gob. Thanks for everything.

I am soooo bummed we didn't make it ... but as predicted, the day after Mardi Gras (or as the case may be for our crowd Samedi Gras) was no time for additional reveling. Looks fabulously delicious though!
