As I mentioned, we chefs had a photo shoot a coupla weeks ago. Wonderfully enough we were lucky enough to snag the ever popular restaurant/ food photographer Frankie Frankeny.
After coming to Sens for our Friends & Family meals, one of Frankie's friends, Robin Rinaldi, wrote a leetle tiny tasty tidbit about us on 7X7 magazine'e website, Bits & Bites. Get a sneak peak on some of Frankie's photos of mine and Michael's food, and as well Ms. Rinaldi's piece, by clicking here.
That's a very nice little write-up. I do, however, feel like food writers need to be really careful about noun and adjective usage. I don't know that I would describe your delicious and fresh salad that buoyantly accompanies your pot de creme as a "pile of apples."

I see what you mean, people sometimes get a little rough when writing about food... I was afraid of trying a new restaurant in my neighborhood after reading comments in Chowhound... but I am glad I finally tried:

I guess I'll need to apply my movie's rule of thumb to new restaurants: do not read critics review before trying!
